PRE & POST CARE
How to prep + keep your results looking their best
Before Your Wax
A little prep goes a long way
Hair should be about 2–3 weeks of growth (grain of rice length)
Avoid caffeine before your appointment(can make you more sensitive to pain)
Gently exfoliate the day before (nothing harsh)
Skip lotions, oils, or heavy products day of
Wear something loose and comfy
Avoid tanning right before your appointment
On your period? You’re still good to come, just wear a tampon or cup 🤍
After Your Wax
For the first 24 hours, avoid:
Workouts or heavy sweating
Hot tubs, saunas, or hot baths
Tight clothing
Intimate activity
Give your skin a little time to calm down
Ongoing Care
This is how you stay smooth and avoid ingrowns:
Start exfoliating again 48 hours after your wax
Exfoliate 2–3x per week
Keep the area clean and hydrated
Avoid shaving between appointments
Consistency = smoother results + easier waxes
The more consistent you are, the better your results.
Hair grows back finer, appointments get easier, and your skin stays smoother longer.
Stick with it, it’s worth it
My fav products!
PHANTOM OIL
Hydrate + keep skin smooth
A lightweight dry-oil spray made for waxed skin. Phantom Oil absorbs quickly without leaving you feeling greasy while jojoba and grapeseed oils help keep skin soft, hydrated and smooth between appointments. Great for anyone wanting simple everyday post-wax care.
AGENT 88
For bumps + ingrown-prone skin
Your heavy hitter for stubborn bumps and ingrowns. Agent 88 uses salicylic and lactic acids to exfoliate dead skin and help clear pore buildup—the stuff that can contribute to those annoying post-wax bumps and trapped hairs.
50 GRIT PASSIVE
Gentle physical exfoliation
The softer option for sensitive or more delicate skin. This textured exfoliating towel helps buff away dead skin buildup so hairs have an easier path to the surface—without going quite as hard as the Aggressive version.
50 GRIT AGGRESSIVE
Deep physical exfoliation
For skin that can handle a little more oomph. This more intense exfoliating towel buffs away stubborn dead skin and buildup and is especially nice for rough, bumpy areas. Skip delicate areas and let the towel do the work—no need to scrub your soul out.
